The VCC grad class was tasked with planning and organizing our own grad show, themed “Level Up”. As one of the team leads, I played an essential role in bringing this event to life. Our team coordinated various elements, including signage, social media, photography, and marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience for all attendees.
My responsibilities included:
Grad Book Creation: Designed and compiled the grad book, showcasing the work and accomplishments of each student, while maintaining the event’s visual identity.
Storefront Management: Oversaw the storefront, ensuring smooth operations and presentation of student projects.
Event Logistics: Coordinated event details, including setup, schedules, and on-site management, to ensure everything ran seamlessly.
This experience allowed me to lead a creative, collaborative team and contribute to a show that not only celebrated our academic achievements but also marked the exciting start of our design careers.
